Katie Pehlke — a Louisville native who practices with Kentucky Select Properties — works the opposite way, personal and local, and needed a site that felt as trusted as she does rather than like every other agent in the market.

We designed an editorial, trust-first site built around Katie herself. A warm hero and story lead, followed by a recently-sold portfolio with real listing detail, neighborhood guides to Louisville’s key areas — the Highlands, Glenview, Crescent Hill and more — a client-reviews section, and a clear tie to the Kentucky Select Properties brokerage. Serif-led type and real local photography keep it personal, and every section routes toward a single next step: starting a conversation.

Katie has a home online that reflects how she actually works — personal, local, and credible. Buyers and sellers can take in her track record, explore the neighborhoods she knows, read what past clients say, and reach out, all in one considered experience instead of a generic listings portal.
